Coagulase-negative is an opportunistic pathogen that is capable of causing several infections, especially in patients with indwelling medical devices. Here, we determined the complete genome sequence of a clinical strain isolated from the blood culture of a 1-year-old nursling patient with acute upper respiratory infection.
