摘要

The analysis of soil bacterial community has guiding significance for fully utilization of soil microbial resources. The results of high-throughput sequencing (HTS) showed that the bacteria in the three sulfometuron-methyl contaminated soil samples were mainly composed of 677 genera, including Phenylobacterium, Bacillus, belonging to 28 phyla, including Proteobacteria, Firmicutes. The diversity and richness of bacterial community decreased with the increase in sulfometuron-methyl concentration.
