pAAV-Helper
The pHelper plasmid supplies essential adenoviral genes (E2A, E4, and VA RNA) to support AAV production in HEK293 cells, enabling efficient viral assembly without live adenovirus. It is used in combination with a Rep/Cap plasmid and a transgene plasmid (containing the gene of interest flanked by ITRs) to enable high-efficiency AAV packaging. For our catalog, we offer the pHelper plasmid at high-grade Tier 2 plasmid quality, optimized to support transfection studies. It is delivered in ≥80% supercoiled form with ≤0.01 EU/µg endotoxin, ensuring high purity and performance for AAV vector production.
