pAAV-Rep2Cap1
An AAV packaging plasmid expressing Rep/Cap genes for serotype 1: Optimized for high transduction efficiency in skeletal and cardiac muscle. It is used in combination with a pHelper plasmid and a transgene plasmid (containing the gene of interest flanked by ITRs) to enable high-efficiency AAV packaging.
