The LNP is formulated with main ionizable lipid of SM102 and cationic lipid DOTAP. The payload Fluc mRNA (m1Ψ) has all the U bases 100% modified with N1-methyl-pseudo-Uridine. This LNP formulation showed enhanced delivery of lung organ after in vivo delivery.
