Tef [Eragrostis tef (Zucc.) Troetter] is called ‘super grain’ because of its healthy and nutritious seeds along with compatibility to suboptimal environment. Plant Transcription factors (TFs) are key regulators of gene expression which affect transcription through interaction with proteins and DNA binding.
