Direct synthesis of genes is rapidly becoming the most efficient way to make functional genetic constructs and enables applications such as RNAi resistant genes and protein engineering. In this paper, a newly developed DNA construct and design tool “GenSmart” has been trialed using Bacillus subtilis aprE mRNA for protease, partial cds, strain : KIPI16 and Bacillus subtilis strain MA139 beta-1,3- 1,4-glucanase mRNA, partial cds , for insertion process.
