Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) has been recognized as a powerful tool for biosensors due to the ultrahigh sensitivity and unique fingerprint information. However, there are some limitations in trace target nucleic acid detection for the restricted signal-transducing and amplification strategies.
