Synucleinopathies, including Parkinson's disease (PD), Lewy body dementia (LBD), Alzheimer's disease with amygdala restricted Lewy bodies (AD/ALB), and multiple system atrophy (MSA) comprise a spectrum of neurodegenerative disorders characterized by the presence of distinct pathological α-synuclein (αSyn) inclusions.
