Cellular Indexing of Transcriptomes and Epitopes by Sequencing (CITE-Seq) is a single-cell phenotyping method that uses antibody-derived tags (ADTs) to quantitatively detect cell surface protein expression and generate transcriptomic data at the single-cell level.
