Chimeric antigen receptors are artificial fusion proteins that incorporate antigen-recognition domains and T-cell signaling domains. CD30 is a cell-surface protein expressed on Hodgkin lymphoma (HL), some T-cell lymphomas, and some B-cell lymphomas.
