Sensitive and accurate biomarker-driven assay guidance has been widely adopted to identify responsive patients for immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) therapy to impede disease progression and extend survival. However, most current assays are invasive, requiring surgical pathology specimens and only informing monochronic information.
